Frequently asked questions
The RH570 is the wireless data collector, for set-ups with wireless sensors. The RH2000 is the online variant, for a fixed, continuous connection to the sensors.
Ethernet, Wi-Fi, 4G or 5G, with an optional RS485 interface for system integration. This lets the data collector connect to your existing network infrastructure.
The RH2000 has 8 channels as standard, expandable to 16 or 24. The number of channels on the RH570 depends on the configuration; we advise you based on your measurement set-up.
The sensor measures vibration and temperature on the machine itself. The data collector gathers the measurement data from one or more sensors and forwards it to the SuperCare platform for analysis.
