Ronds, a collaboration between Roodhart and Monitec, respects the privacy of everyone who comes into contact with us. This statement explains which personal data we process, why, on what legal basis, and which rights you have. We process personal data solely in accordance with the GDPR and other applicable laws and regulations.

01Data controller

Roodhart (Emission Control) is the controller responsible for processing your personal data via this website and within the scope of our services.

02Data we process

Depending on your contact with us, we may process the following personal data:

• check_circleMessage content: the information you send us about your issue or the service you require.
• check_circleTechnical data: IP address, browser type, device data and pages visited, where relevant to the security and operation of the website.
• check_circleMachine and sensor data: within condition monitoring we process technical measurement data from your installations; this generally contains no personal data.

03Purposes and legal bases

We process your data only for clearly defined purposes:

• check_circleDelivering our services and products and managing the customer relationship (basis: performance of the contract).

04Retention periods

We do not retain personal data longer than necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. Contact details from enquiries that do not lead to a contract are generally kept for a maximum of 24 months. Data subject to a statutory retention obligation (such as records and invoices) is kept for the legal period of 7 years.

05Sharing with third parties

We do not share your data with third parties for commercial purposes. We share data only where necessary for our services or where legally required, for example with:

Should data be transferred outside the European Economic Area, we ensure appropriate safeguards in accordance with the GDPR.

This website uses functional cookies that are necessary for the proper operation of the site. For placing analytical or tracking cookies we ask for your consent in advance. You can always manage or delete cookies via your browser settings.

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. Access to data is limited to employees for whom it is necessary.
